Last updated: 21 October 2026
Draft: this text is waiting for review and may change before the website launches.
This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, how long it is kept and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. It does not cover the Schemeline product, which a council uses under its own agreement and its own privacy notice.
Who we are
Schemeline is run by Voll Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09302803). Our registered office is:
Voll Studios Ltd5 Brayford Square

Voll Studios Ltd is the controller for personal data collected through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC135838.
What we collect
Messages and requests you send us
If you use a form on this website, for example to book a call, order a plan, send a message, or ask for the launch checklist or the IT and information governance pack, we collect what you enter. That is usually your name, email address, council, the scheme you are working on, its start date, the system you use now, the plan you chose and your message. The website stores what you send and, once set up, emails a copy to our own inbox.
Please do not send the personal data of landlords, agents, tenants or other people through the forms.
Your account and orders
If you create an account to order a plan, we keep your name, work email and council, and the orders you place. We email you a link to sign in. If you pay by card, Stripe takes the payment and we keep only the order and its status.
Technical data when you visit
When you open a page, our hosting provider receives your IP address, the address of the page and details of your browser, as happens with any website. It uses them to deliver the page and to protect the website from misuse, and keeps them in request logs for a short time.
What we do not collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you. The cookies page has the details.
